Missing patterns in .gitignore

Missing some patterns in .gitignore file, eg. .venv, .vscode

[scanny]

These can be added to your local gitignore, maybe at ~/.config/git/ignore. No files with these extensions are used in this project. In general folks should take care of ignoring files specific to their development environment rather than depending on every project to do that for them :)
