GitHub Student Developer Pack Stuck on 'Processing' After Approval #152330

Hi everyone,Hello GitHub Community, I received approval for my GitHub Student Developer Pack on February 23, 2025, but my account still displays the message: "We're still processing your application. Once this is complete, you will have access to the Student Developer Pack offers." It has been over 2 days, and I still cannot access my benefits. I have tried: My GitHub username: @samahmud Additionally, I attempted to submit a support ticket, but I am unable to access the request form. I have attached a screenshot of the issue for reference. Has anyone else experienced this? Any guidance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated! Best regards,

Hi @samahmud, Don't worry, the waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks. When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

I applied using my personal Gmail since my college doesn’t provide institutional emails. GitHub username: @dhondiajay Could you please check if there’s a sync issue? Issue: GitHub Student Developer Pack Status Showing "Still Processing"Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with my GitHub Student Developer Pack status. My application has already been approved, and I was previously able to use the GitHub Pro benefits for about 1–2 months. However, after 1–2 months, my GitHub Pro access suddenly disappeared. If calculated from the date my application was approved, it has been almost 3 months. My GitHub Education access suddenly became unavailable even though my status still shows as approved. When I open the Student Developer Pack tab: https://education.github.com/pack It shows the following message:
On the other hand, when I check my Education settings page: https://github.com/settings/education/benefits?locale=en-US My status is still shown as Approved. Details
