Hi team, I’m experiencing constant freezes and “I reopen or close the window or keep waiting” pop-ups when using VS Code on my Mac M4 running macOS Tahoe (16.0). The issue mainly happens while GitHub Copilot or Copilot Chat is active. The editor becomes completely unresponsive, showing the macOS beachball. Please is anyone else experiencing this? |

Hi @kenossai , Not sure it is the same issue as microsoft/vscode#268932, but if not, I would suggest you to report this issue in the VS Code repo, so the VS Code team could take a look. BTW, for future reports of issues while using VS Code, use the VS Code repo, as this discussions repo is intended for extension development only, for now. Hope this helps |
