    * Makefile (VERSION): Bump to 1.0.1.
* NEWS.md: Remove placeholder header.
* std._debug-git-1.rockspec: Move from here...
* std._debug-1.0.1-1.rockspec: ...to here.
(_MODREV): Bump to 1.0.1.
* README.md (travis): Update travis build branch to release-v1.0.1.
* doc/index.html, doc/ldoc.css, lib/std/_debug/version.lua: Check
in for release revision.
