Describe your change:

Added doctest test cases for backtracking/all_permutations.py and backtracking/all_subsequences.py

  • Add an algorithm?
  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
  • Documentation change?

We normally disallow PRs that modify multiple algorithm files, but I'll allow this one since it's only two files and the only changes are for doctests. Plus, this PR is pretty old so I'm not expect any sort of response anyway.
