BUG: Re-verify link stuck in infinite redirect loop to /pricing (Ticket closed without reply)

Hi everyone,

My GitHub Education Student Developer Pack was recently approved and in some days revoked. I received the standard email asking me to re-verify my academic status, but I am experiencing a technical bug that is completely blocking me from accessing the application form.

The Issue:
Whenever I click the re-verify link in the email, or try to navigate directly to https://education.github.com/discount_requests/application, I am instantly redirected to https://github.com/pricing. I am stuck in an infinite redirect loop and cannot reach the page to upload my academic proof.

What I've Tried:

Ensured my GitHub profile name and billing information are fully filled out.

Tried multiple browsers, logged out and cleared cache, and used Incognito mode. Nothing works!

Support Ticket Issue:
I originally opened a support ticket to get this fixed (Ticket #4104084), but the ticket was marked as 'Closed' without any human reply or resolution.

Could a GitHub staff member please look into this and manually reset my application state so I can break out of this loop? I have my valid student ID ready to submit, but the system is actively preventing me from doing so. Clearly this is a server side issue. Please reset my application state so I can reverify.
