Hi GitHub Community,
I’m reaching out for clarification on the support process. My primary account (DeterMination-Wind, email: bugsoc@qq.com) was suspended, so I created this new account (Wind-Determination) solely to submit an appeal, as I can no longer access the support portal from my main account.
I understand the rules against using alternate accounts, but in this case, it was the only way to contact support. My main concern is: Will a support ticket submitted from this newly created account be flagged or ignored by the system because it looks like an alt account? I want to make sure my appeal actually reaches the support team and isn’t automatically filtered out.
Could you confirm if this is the correct way to proceed or if there’s a specific protocol for appeals when the original account is inaccessible?
