anyone knows if we have access to CODEX 5.3 pro license available? Currently i dont see that in github copilot available models list. I am planning to use in CODEX extension. Feasible? Within policy?

Github copilot is not installing on my laptop. It's showing this in the output terminal "2026-02-10 20:56:52.547 [error] [Window] TypeError: Failed to fetch"
