Problems when migrating to GitHub Enterprise Cloud

Hi all,

I got a problem when migrating to GitHub Enteprise Cloud using GitHub Enterprise Importer (GEI). One of my repo encounter the below errors

Repo stats

• repo-size-in-bytes : 316827113
• attachments-size-in-bytes: 33277615
• pr-count: 5893

I tried to delete all floating branches that merged to latest release but not deleted. I tried again a couple of time but the refs number is still the same, so I'm not sure how GEI counts this number.

From the logs, there seems to be another log available to diagnose but I cannot find it anywhere (apart from the one from my machine and the one I download using github CLI)
