  1. Release version 1.0. 

    * Makefile (VERSION): Bump to 1.0.
* std._debug-git-1.rockspec: Move from here...
* std._debug-1.0-1.rockspec: ...to here.
(version, source): Adjust accordingly.
(dependencies): Remove ldoc.
* README.md (travis): Update travis build branch to relaese-v1.0
* doc/index.html, doc/ldoc.css, lib/std/_debug/version.lua:
Checek in for release revision.
