A simple and lightweight library for communicating with an Azure Queue, allowing you to read messages, put (create) messages, delete messages, and clear the queue.
Full disclosure, I wrote this in Python and have not tested in MicroPython, but I'm quite certain everything here will run in MicroPython.

qs.delete(msg.MessageId, msg.PopReceipt) # after reading the message, be sure to delete the message! Otherwise it will be added back to the queue after a short period of time (the "visibility timeout" of the message)
